It is important that for a project to be successful it should go through these indicators such as:
Sustainable, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time bound to ensure its success.
Periodic review would be undertaken to enable one to address the weakness noted, to ensure that one is on track.
The other ingredient is to involve the beneficiaries in the planning process to enable them to support its implementation.
One of the reasons why most projects are not successful is that not all the key partners or stake holders are involved in the planning
Evaluation report would indicate whether the beneficiaries are happy or not and whether they have been enlightened and moved them from point A to B, as their living standards have been improved.
